Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

We currently accept returns for all products, including international orders.

Exchanges

We allow exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for the same product or another option, please contact us first at admin@aftergrowag.com.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Quality issues / defective or damaged items: We cover the return shipping costs.
  • Non-quality reasons (e.g., change of mind): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within your payment provider’s standard processing timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank; processing times can vary.

All items, including sale items, are eligible for refund under our 14-day policy.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary. For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the gift giver, we will send the refund to the original purchaser.
